Nice and relaxing stay
Everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was good the next morning and the restaurant and pool area are both really nice.
Although everyone was very friendly at the reception, we felt that there was a little lack of training. Maybe it was some new employees, but there was a mix up with the room numbers and the key cards and some food from another room was added to one of our rooms by mistake, making the checkout a bit long.

Green areas
Suite had a water leak, so we were downgraded to another room. The following day we were supposed to go back to the suite, but the issue was not fixed. Had to push in order to enter the suite.

Large rooms Pool Super accommodating staff, even helping outside of hours
Hard to get to without your own car. The bathroom has lots of limestone, the door has a gap for animals to crawl in and there is a light shining in at night you cannot block.
